Neachen Bay, formally known as Squaw Bay, is part of Lake Coeur d’Alene in beautiful Idaho.
CARLSON POINT
The Carlson Point House is situated on the lakefront, providing stunning views from the entire house. There are two decks that look out onto the lake itself. The upper level is a bit more private, while the main deck extends out to each side, enabling you to experience maximum enjoyment & views.
It is a 3-bedroom home with the master bedroom holding one queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a futon couch, as well as bunk beds, perfect for the youngin’s in the family. The top bunk is a twin and the bottom is a full-sized. The third bedroom holds two full-sized beds. This home is big enough for the entire family! Bring no more than a total of 24 people.
There are two full bathrooms equipped for the use of everyone in the family.
The kitchen is oversized and has all of the appliances you’ll need to whip up the perfect dinner after a long day under the sun or out on the lake.
Enjoy that dinner out on the main deck or at the dining table that looks out onto the lake. If you’re up for grilling, we do have one of those out on the deck, too.

Carlson Point House has its own private dock, meaning you can bring your boat, kayaks or water skis along, too! Being in this gorgeouse lakefront home means that you can dive right into those water sport actvities, literally dive!
If you’re looking to wind down at the end of the night, make use of our televisions. They are available for your use.
We do offer a kayak and paddle boat for use during your stay as well!
